English: Ouzell Square Although sandwiched between the bustling Brindley Place and the traffic in Broad Street, this square is a haven of tranquility in the centre of Birmingham. The garden in the middle is in the Japanese tradition with a water feature and gravel that is regularly raked. At the far end of the Ouzell Square, in the next grid square is the former Board School, now renovated and housing the Ikon Gallery showing exhibitions of contemporary art.
