The 1 Břeclav railway station.   is an important hub in the railroad network. The town has direct connections with Prague, and Brno in the Czech Republic. A local line connects the town with Znojmo. There are also international connections from Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava, Katowice, Kraków, and Warsaw.
