Baisha (白沙 Báishā in Mandarin, Pe̍h-soa in Minnan) is a rural township in the Penghu Islands of Taiwan.

edit- 1 Mudouyu Lighthouse (目斗嶼燈塔). It stands 39.9 meters tall, making it the tallest lighthouse in Taiwan. The lighthouse has a water collecting facility to collect rainfall from its rooftop.
- 2 Penghu Great Bridge (澎湖跨海大橋). This bridge connects Siyu Island and Baisha Main Island. It was constructed because the sea current between the two islands was too harsh to sail between them. The bridge is 2,494 m long.

edit- 3 Penghu Aquarium (澎湖水族館). 09:00-17:00. The oceanarium is home to over 200 species of fish from water within an 800-km radius of Baisha covering the Taiwan Strait and South China Sea.
- 4 Jibei Cultural Museum of Stone Tidal Weirs (吉貝石滬文化館), ☏ +886 69911487. 09:00-16:30. A museum covering the local method of fishing known as 'shihu' (石滬) which uses the tides to trap fish in stone weirs.

- 8 Gangzi Chungan Temple (港子眾安寺), ☏ +886 69932235. A Buddhist temple feature a large golden statue of the Buddha on the roof, as well as a number of statues in the surrounding gardens.
- 9 Houliao Weiling Temple (後寮威靈宮), ☏ +886 69932542. This temple is dedicated to the Taoist god of medicine, Baosheng Dadi. The temple was constructed in 1602 and is the oldest temple to this deity.
- 10 Tongliang Baoan Temple (通梁保安宮).
- 11 Wadong Nantian Temple (瓦硐南天廟). A Taoist temple completed in 1935.
- 12 Wadong Wusheng Temple (瓦硐武聖廟). A Taoist temple built in 1745.
- 13 Zhongtun Yong'an Temple (中屯永安宮). Taoist temple at Zhongtun Village.

Nature
edit- 15 Gupo Island (姑婆嶼). An uninhabited island which is used by locals to harvest edible seaweed.

- 17 Mudou Island (目斗嶼). The island was named Mudouyu because the shape resembles an eye of a man or an ink marker of a carpenter.
