  • 1 Bankapura Peacock Sanctuary. An important conservation centre not only for peafowl but a number of native Indian birds.    
  • Shri Nagareshwara Temple. A 12th century temple built by the Western Chalaukya Dynasty, it was partially destroyed by the invading armies of Firoz Shah Bahmani in 1406. However, parts of the temples have survived and kept its architectural beauty intact.
