Local service is available between other Metro-North commuter stations. On-board train fares are subject to a stiff surcharge, so buy your tickets at the station or at the vending machines located on the southbound (to New York) platform.

editSeveral parkways are nearby, including the Bronx River Parkway just to the west, and the Sprain Brook Parkway further to the west. The Cross-County Parkway is about half-a-mile to the South of the Village.
