Castara is a bay and beach town in the northern part of Trinidad and Tobago, a Caribbean country.
Get in
editCastara can be reached by car from Scarborough (ferry terminal) or Crown Point (airport).
Taxis (and buses) are extremely difficult to get here so make sure you have your own car or a driver before entering.
Get around
editThe town is very walkable. There is not much to do except relax on the beach and watch the frigate birds and pelicans.
