From Redding, go north on 1-5 until you come to Weed. Take exit #751 to Old Highway 99. When you get to Gazelle, head west on Gazelle-Callahan Road. Go into the town of Callahan. Do not continue on Cecilville Rd., or else you will get too far ahead. Instead, take S. Fork Rd. That will take you to Cecilville.
