Dixon is called "The Petunia City" but is probably best known as the boyhood home of former US President Ronald Reagan.

- 2 Northwest Territory Historic Center, 205 West 5th Street, ☏ +1 815-288-5508, info@nthc.org. This museum is located in the school building where Reagan attended 7th and 8th grades. Free, donations welcome.
