Dover is a town in central Morris County, New Jersey with a small city feel. It is home to many Hispanic shops and restaurants. It was once an industrial town with machine shops, iron and mill works, and textile factories.

Stay safe
editDover is surrounded by wealthy suburbs and is very safe. If you find yourself walking down Blackwell Street at night, keep your wits about you, but there is really little to worry about.
