English: The Jami Ul Alfar Jummah mosque in Colombo 11, Pettah business area is one of the oldest mosques in Sri Lanka.
Because of its unique and beautiful architecture it is one of the landmark buildings in Colombo city. During early 1900s sailers in ships that called at Colombo Port use to identify the port using this mosque building. This mosque is also referred as Second Cross Street Mosque.
