El Castillo fue construido por la Empresa General de Obras Públicas (GEOPE), de dilatada trayectoria con construcciones emblemáticas como el estadio de fútbol de Boca Juniors y el obelisco porteño. El edificio se destaca por su torre, por disponer, sobre su lateral, de la obra San Jorge y el Dragón, cincelada por el escultor Troiano Troiani, y por su terminación simil piedra, escondiendo su estructura de hormigón armado |
