Summary
| Description |
Packed full of lemongrassy zing balanced by smokiness from the grilling, it was probably the best satay I've had this side of the Indian Ocean :) And the satay sauce was full of chunky peanuts and more lemongrass and spice. The only difference is the lack of the layer of nutty spicy oil that's common in Malaysia, but I think I can do without that! |
