English: Khamir (or Kamir), a cake baked of fermented dough of wheat or rice flour. Originally introduced by descendants of Arab Indonesians, in Indonesia the cake is recognized as the traditional cake of Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. Small Khamir cakes.
