Deutsch: Der VEB Lokomotivbau Karl Marx Babelsberg (LKM) baute im Jahr 1953 die Neubau-Dampflok 99 777 (Baureihe 99.77-79) mit ca. 600 PS. Sie verkehrt bei der Schmalspurbahn Radebeul Ost–Radeburg. Die Schmalspurbahn Radebeul Ost–Radeburg ist eine sächsische Schmalspurbahn in der Spurweite von 750 mm in der Nähe der sächsischen Landeshauptstadt Dresden. Überregional ist die Strecke heute unter der 1998 vergebenen Marketingbezeichnung Lößnitzgrundbahn bekannt, im Volksmund wird sie dagegen meist als Lößnitzdackel oder Grundwurm bezeichnet. Die Aufnahme entstand am Bahnhof Moritzburg während einer Fahrt auf der Bahnstrecke Radebeul Ost–Radeburg. Der Bahnhof Moritzburg bei Streckenkilometer 8,53 ist die größte Zwischenstation der Schmalspurbahn. Er ist heute der einzige Bahnhof, an dem planmäßige Zugkreuzungen stattfinden können. Die Bedeutung des Bahnhofs Moritzburg begründet sich seit jeher im Ausflugsverkehr. Das nahe Schloss Moritzburg gehört zu den bedeutendsten Zielen des Touristenverkehrs in Sachsen. Das aus dem Jahr 1883 stammende Empfangsgebäude wurde 2004 in Regie der damaligen BVO Bahn denkmalschutzgerecht restauriert. Es beherbergt heute die örtliche Betriebsleitung.
English: This Steam locomotive, No. 991777-4, was built in 1953 by VEB Lokomotivbau Karl Marx Babelsberg (LKM) in Potsdam-Babelsberg, Brandenburg, Germany. The steam locomotives of DR Class 99.77-79 were ordered by the Deutsche Reichsbahn in East Germany after World War II. They were narrow gauge locomotives with a 750 mm rail gauge and built for the narrow gauge lines in Saxony. The locomotives were largely identical to the DRG Class 99.73–76 standard locomotives built in the 1930s. Today the locomotive is used on the Radebeul–Radeburg railway (a German the heritage railway), also known as the Lößnitzgrundbahn (Lössnitzgrund Railway). Primarily a tourist attraction, the Radebeul-Radeburg railway maintains a year-round timetable and runs between Radebeul East station and the small towns of Moritzburg and Radeburg north of Dresden. Scheduled traffic on the line is maintained by Sächsische Dampfeisenbahngesellschaft mbH (former BVO Bahn), using steam locomotives built in the 1950s.
