Method:

• Wash the rice well and soak for 4 hours. • Drain the rice and add a little salt. • Using a food processor make a fine paste of the rice. • Make balls out of the rice paste. • Press the balls in the centre to give a dimpled look. • Steam the mutlis for 20-25 minutes. • Serve hot soaked in chicken curry.
