Summary

Description At the far end of the Grand Hall, an opening that leads into an artificial forest. Above, a transformation mask made by Kwakwaka'wakw artist, Beau Dick and to he right, the Bear's Den Pole (right) from the Nass village of Gwunahaw, carved by Weeshaiks, a member of the Fireweed phratry, circa 1900. The pole was erected by 'Arhtimenazek. (Ottawa, Canada, Dec. 2012)
