Description
English: Reconstructed palisades at the site of Fort Knox II, located off Lower Fort Knox Road above the Wabash River north of Vincennes in Vincennes Township, Knox County, Indiana, United States. Established in 1803, the fort was the jumping-off point for the army that fought at the Battle of Tippecanoe. Today, the fort site is a park and archaeological site; it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
