DescriptionPesta laut Kendal.jpg
English: The tradition of the nyadran tawang laut is a sea or sea alms party that floats the head, feet and tail of cows, market snacks, and incense to the sea. The Tawang sea party in the village of Gempolsewu, Kendosari Rowosari sub-district aims to hope for blessings and ask for prayers to the Almighty so that the fishermen are given safety when they go to sea.
This marine alms is carried out once a year in the suro month, and is the annual calendar of the Gempolsewu village community. The sea tawang tradition is usually held on Friday kliwon in suro month. Many sea parties have been seen since the 7th or a week before the ban, because there are competitions held, such as boat races, boat decorating competitions, soccer competitions, volleyball, etc. H-3 is held by istighosah at the Fish Auction Place (TPI), Tawang, to request prayer from Allah SWT
