Description
English: Polenta served in the recipe called "uncia", in the dialect of Como, which means greasy. This version of polenta is called greasy because it is blended with cheese and butter until both of them melt and mixed with the porridge. This one was served at the alpine hut "Rifugio Riella" on the mountain Monte Palanzone (Como) on the 8th of november in 2015.
Italiano: Polenta uncia (cioè "unta" nel dialetto di Como), ottenuta mischiando la polenta con burro e formaggio, servita al rifugio del Monte Palanzone "Rifugio Riella" (nella provincia di Como). Foto scattata l'8 novembre 2015.
