Ricardo Blázquez, arzobispo de Valladolid, visitó la torre sur de la Catedral, tras su restauración, en compañía de miembros del consejo económico y de la Delegación de Patrimonio de la Diócesis, junto con responsables de las obras de restauración, que le explicaron con todo detalle el proceso llevado a cabo para reformar todo el interior, la limpieza de la piedra y la colocación del ascensor que permite llegar hasta la pasarela con la que se accede a lo alto de la torre desde donde se puede ver Valladolid con una vista de 360º y admirar la imponente escultura del Corazón de Jesús que corona la torre. | |||
