Another look at the Wat Chayamangkalaram Thai Buddhist temple in Penang. Looks oh so Thai, doesn't it? That large golden tower reminded me of the one in Bangkok's Grand Palace. And although the temple is best renowned for its gargantuan 33mtr long reclining Buddha statue, many colourful statues of Devas and other mythical creatures are on display in the temple grounds, as you can see here.
