- The copyright notice is appropriate. It implies that the poster has the rights to publish the photograph as he is also the photographer. The assumption is that by posting here the photographer does so under a CC-SA-1.0 licence so it can be shared. His user page indicates he has been informed of the implications of publishing here. However he still retains copyright for republication under some other licence and the image is not public domain, so he can enforce any abuse of his rights if he so wishes.
