Political concerns aside - why is Cuba marked? It is not a particularly dangerous place. As far as "corruption" it is probably one of the less corrupt destinations in Latin America or the Caribbean (granted, due to its authoritarian government).
Mexico's border region is also far more dangerous than many of the areas shaded in the map.
- It's still corrupt.

Montenegro
editWhy is Montenegro green? I never heard of landmines in Montenegro.. And if anything should be green on Balkans then it should be Bosnia and Croatia..
