Renamed Gammunju to Gammun-gun, Gammun-gun as Gaeryeong-gun, and reorganized Gimsan-hyeon, Jirye-hyeon, and Eomo-hyeon to Gaeryeong-gun

• Goryeo Dynasty

Changed Gaeryeong-gun to Gaeryeong-hyeon, Gimsan and Jirye-hyeon to Gyeongsan-bu, Emo-hyeon as Sangjumok

• Joseon Dynasty

Gimsan and Eomo-hyeon integrated to Gimsan-gun, Jirye-hyeon to Jirye-gun and Gaeryeong-hyeon to Gaeryeong-gun
