Hardin is a town in southeast Montana. About 3,800 people lived there in 2020.

Interstate 90 passes the northern part of town. Montana Highway 47 connects Hardin to Interstate 94, making a cut across for those travelling from the east.

  • 1 Arapooish Recreation Park (0.5 mile north of Hardin on Hwy 47, then 2 miles east), +1 406 234-0900. Access to both the Bighorn River and Koyama's Pond. Day use site with concrete boat launch, picnic area, walking trail.

  • 1 3 Brothers Bistro & Casino, 316 N Center Ave, +1 406 545-5133. T-Sa 4-8PM, Su 11:30AM-8PM, closed M. Pasta, sandwiches, burgers. The selection may be small but it is well thought out to please any craving.
