The only way to get in Hilongos by land is by jeepeney or bus, and have to find a way into Leyte, Hilongos' province.

Unless you are willing to take some kind of private bus there. The only main route to Hilongos is to and from Tacloban City, Ormoc, Baybay, and Bohol.
