Kabli is a small quiet coastal village in southwestern Estonia.

- Jakob Markson Museum. The museum depicts the life of the famous sea-captain Jakob Markson.
The beach is the biggest attraction of the village.
Kabli is also a place where the birds migrate in May and October every year - they can be observed from the bird watchtower.
