Map of Kannus

One of the larger towns in the Central Ostrobothnia and the Southern Oulu region (making up the "river valleys" region), Kannus unsurprisingly is bisected by a river - Lestijoki. It's also comparatively accessible by public transit even from further away as the main track from Helsinki up to Lapland passes through.
