Khopoli is an industrial town of 109,000 people (2011) in the Raigad district of Maharashtra, at the base of the Sahyadri mountains. Patalganga River flows through Khopoli. The city is called a city of waterfalls due to the number of waterfalls in the rainy season.

edit- 1 Bhor Ghat. A mountain pass between Khopoli and Khandala on the crest of the Western Ghats.
- 2 Imagicaa. India's largest theme park. It is split into six zones: Viva Europa, Americana, Jambo Africa, Asiana, Arabia and India. The park has three roller coasters: Nitro, Deep Space, and Gold Rush. It also hosts the Aquamagica water park and a snow park with tobogganing and snow rides. There are also some rides specifically for children, including a log flume ride, a mini Ferris wheel, a mini drop ride, and a mini carousel. The park holds a special parade and carnival to celebrate Christmas. Online tickets: theme park from ₹1000, water park from ₹700, snow park from ₹400; tickets are more expensive at the park; combination tickets and holiday packages are available.
- Oval-shaped reservoir and temple of God Mahadev as Vireshwar built by Nana Phadnavis. The reservoir is built of solid and strong black rock and it covers an area of about 75000 m². Inside the temple is the image of God Shiva. A fair is held in honour of the temple deity on Mahashivaratri day, in Feb or Mar.
- 3 PAPCO Mill complex. It has a Parashurama temple and Fire temple or Agni Mandir which was built in 1971.
