The Brofogdas house
  • 1 Lapinjärvi Church (Lapinjärven kirkko), Sibbeksentie 1. The church area consists of two wooden churches: a small church dedicated to the Finnish-speaking congregation completed in 1744 and a large church dedicated to the Swedish-speaking congregation completed in 1746.
  • 2 Brofogdas, Lukkarinpolku 5. The 18th-century lieutenant's residence known as boställe, which is a farm owned by the crown and given to an official as a residence. Today, this oldest existing house of Lapinjärvi serves as a museum building.
  • 3 Tornikallio (Lapinjärvi). One of the points on the world heritage listed Struve Geodetic Arc. From the Porlammi–Myrskylä road follow the signs to the parking lot, then it's first 200 m backtracking along the road and about 400 m of hiking uphill; probably not a good idea in the winter. There are nice views over Lake Pyhäjärvi, although at the point where the UNESCO marker is, it is mostly obstructed by pines. Tornikallio is 98 m ASL.
