You can get in using buses Warsaw-Leżajsk. When travelling from Rzeszów you can take a bus of PKS Leżajsk. The drive will take you 1 hour and 10 minutes and cost 8 PLN.

By train edit

The railroad is fully functional and allows you to get into town from Warsaw and Lviv. Regional trains connect Leżajsk with the regional capital of Rzeszów in 45 minutes. A direct ticket to Rzeszów costs 21 PLN.
