- 1 Korhola Mini Zoo (Korholan Kotieläinpiha), Korholantie 129. Korhola Mini Zoo is one of the oldest mini zoos in Finland. You can encounter, for example, highland cattle, mini-pigs, chickens, peacock, peacock pigeons, sheep, alpacas, goats, ducks, turkeys, chickens, rabbits, horses and ponies. €8.

- 2 Linnansaari National Park (see also Savonlinna and Varkaus). Lush islands and rocky islets. Best explored by boat or canoe, but there is a boat service to the main island and taxi boats available. Nature trails, an old croft, Saimaa seals and osprays. Tour skating in winter.
