  • Área De Dunas “Mar De Arenas”. The primary attraction of this park – the sand dunes. These were formed due to wind erosion from rocks, eventually piling up into dunes.
  • The presence of old roads from the pre-Columbian era that are found between the dunes stands out, the roads to the fishing ports near the town of Tacuato
  • The "Animas de Guasare" chapel dedicated in memory for people who died when they traveled on foot in 1912 in search of water and the Paseo "Monseñor Francisco José Iturriza" known as the "Monumento a La Madre".
