• 1 Castello di Montalto (Castle of Montalto), Regione Sala, 10016, ☏ +39 0125 652771. First mentioned in a document in the 12th century when the castle was known as Castrum Montisalti. In the 14th century, it became part of the Duchy of Savoy when it was sold to De Jordanis of the Bald Family. It features a keep and a chapel with frescoes from the 15th-century.
