From Tokyo station, Naruto can be reached by the JR Sobu Line.
Infrequent Shiosai limited express trains leave once every 2-3 hours, generally at 40 past the hour. This will get you to Naruto in as little as one hour for ¥2490.
The cheaper, more frequent alternative is to use a JR Sobu line train at a cost of ¥1280, changing at Chiba; this will take you about 1 3/4 hours.
Sobu Line trains from Chiba generally leave every 30 minutes, reaching Naruto in 45 minutes (¥650). Reserved Shiosai trains take a half hour and cost ¥1460.
These trains are free to use with a Japan Rail Pass or JR East Rail Pass.

In this town, there is beautiful sea. People often come here to surf. In the summer time there are a lot of people want go to sea. However, the station and sea will be a little far, so it will be better if you come here by car. Car parking cost is not going to be so high like Tokyo. There is a bus service that runs intermitantly from the JR Naruto station to the beach during the months of July and August. These buses run free of chargeas long as you are only going to the beach (the first stop). Enjoy your summer in Naruto!

Japan is noted for its sweet and delicious strawberries and Naruto is famous for its strawberry farms. There are many strawberry farms in this town. Many people come to pick strawberries at the farms. Reservation are not required but recommended. You can eat as many strawberries as you want while picking and you pay by the time limit, usually two hours and about ¥1000. Strawberry season here is usually March to April.
