Bahia Interior is a large region that covers the less-developed west and north of the state of Bahia in Brazil. It includes the "Coconut Coast" (Costa dos Coqueiros), which is the most northern region on the coast of Bahia, Brazil.

- 11 Mangue Seco — a fishing village of a few hundred people famous for its sand dunes and white sand beaches
- 12 Morro do Chapéu — its main attractions are Ferro Doido waterfall and Brejões cave, both beautiful natural monuments
- 13 São Desidério — its Ilha do Vítor community is a group of artisans who produce handicraft items with raw materials native to the region
- 14 Sauípe — Costa do Sauípe's hotels and resorts form the largest tourist complex in Brazil
- 15 Subaúma — a beach village of a couple hundred people
- 16 Sobradinho — a town created in the 1970s to accommodate the inhabitants of four cities and thirty villages who had to leave their homes when the reservoir was created
