Rust is a city at the Neusiedl Lake in Burgenland, Austria. It is a part of the cultural landscape nominated on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The town is known for the storks nesting over its chimneys and for its beautiful historic centre.

The historic centre is small and mainly comprises of the main city square. The 1 Kremayrhaus city museum. and the 2 Romanesque Fishers' Church (Fischerkirche)   are also located at this square.

  • 3 Heimathaus Mörbisch. A local history museum of the culture of Mörbisch am See. Visitor can view various rooms in a typical local farmhouse from around 1900. In the basement there is an old tree press along with cellar equipment that was used back then.
