- Juane, prepared with rice, chicken, eggs and olives;

- Inchicapi, soup prepared with chicken, cassava, corn and peanuts;
- Timbuche, fresh fish soup, beaten eggs and cilantro;
- Tacacho, roasted and mashed green plantain with lard;
- Chonta salad, seasoned with salt, lemon and a little oil;
- Siquisapa ant, Atta sexdens fried insect with exquisite flavor.
