editSant Pol De Mar has amazing beaches. The small pebble beach is one of the best on the Costa Brava in Spain. There are over 3 km of regular beaches which are book-ended by some nice nude beaches. There are nude beaches for anyone and there are more family oriented nude beaches at each far end.
Road Cycling
editYou can train along the coast in the N-II road between El Masnou and Santa Susanna. Or try the road from Arenys to Port of Collsacreu to Sant Celoni .
In Sant Pol starts the bv-5128 and then the BV-5031 until Mataro. This route is a favorite among locals. They call it "el pollastre" (the chicken).
