Severo-Kurilsk (Russian: Се́веро-Кури́льск, Japanese: 柏原,) is a town and the administrative center of Severo-Kurilsky District, in the Kuril Islands of Sakhalin Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northern part of the Kuril Islands, on the island of Paramushir.
