editThe best way to get around Shima is by bus or by taxi. Both can add up in the end, but there is also a car rental right next to Ugata Station. But depending on what you want to do the bus is probably the easiest and cheapest.

- Goza Shirahama (御座白浜) (A 60 minute bus ride from Ugata Station.). Go for a swim at this nice and crowded beach.
