Understand edit

Battle of Sullivan's Island Monument

Sullivan's Island is a town most known for its beach, which is connected to the beach of Isle of Palms. It is normally has much fewer people than Isle of Palms' beach, which is normally very busy. On Summer mornings, there are often many dogs running around off a leash. The beach is very wide, and is great for biking and walking. It has no lifeguards and the water is a little more dangerous than Isle of Palms' beach's water, so it isn't the best for swimming. It is hardly commercialized at all.
