Do
edit- 1 Talbingo Country Club, Bridle St, ☏ +61 2 6949 5260. The rather grandly named Talbingo Country Club is a modest structure that houses Talbingo's only bar, only restaurant plus a 6-room motel. The 9-hole golf course is always open, just pop some cash in the honesty box if no-one's around.

edit- 1 Happy Chilli Garden, Bridle St (at the country club), ☏ +61 2 6949 5634. The only restaurant in Talbingo serves country town Chinese-Australian classics like sizzling Mongolian beef and prawn toast. (Despite the name, chillies are in short supply.) Also has a limited Western menu of deep-fried staples like chips and schnitzels. $25.
