Intro & scope of page

This page describes a park. Park pages don't usually have eat / drink / sleep listings but as this is such a small area, with no candidate "city" nearby, they may as well stay here. Eg it wouldn't be sensible to put them under Carnforth, or anyways split the content. Another option would be to re-categorise Arnside as a "city", in the way that "Sherwood Forest" has been mapped into Edwinstowe. No obvious benefit to the reader / traveller from doing so.
