Earliest bus from KL?

Could anyone recommend the earliest possible departure from KL-Puduraya for a safe connection with the 1420 International Train to Bangkok? The earliest I can find is at 0800 from Puduraya with KBES, and that will be tight. Is there nothing earlier (other than overnight journeys?)
