All of the places listed in this article are in the RAAS-section of caribbean Nicaragua should this be split off as southern Caribbean Nicaragua?

Not at all. With only 4 destinations covered so far under this quite underdeveloped parent region article, there is no reason to go creating further subdivision yet. Even if you added another 5 or 10 cities here, it wouldn't necessarily merit a split. Texugo (talk) 15:15, 23 July 2014 (UTC)

San Juan del Norte

I've noticed that San Juan del Norte (also known as Greytown or San Juan de Nicaragua) is listed here as well as in the Rio San Juan region article. As it is at the mouth of the Rio San Juan and also part of the Rio San Juan departamento and more easily reached from San Carlos than from Bluefields I suggest moving it (i.e. deleting it in this article, maybe putting it as a go next)141.30.210.129 14:34, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
