I have just undone an aborted attempt to subdivide this into counties. I undid the 3 counties done so far because if we did county articles, we'd need more than 30 of them, and there are only 25 city articles so far, period, so counties are far too fine-grained. That said, there are enough city articles to warrant dividing this region into a few subregions. Any suggestions at to the best way to do that? Texugo (talk) 18:26, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
Page name edit
IMHO, the name of this page should be Middle Tennessee (not "Central"). State law officially calls this region the "middle grand division", and the state's official tourism site uses "East", "Middle", and "West" for the three Grand Divisions. Also, there's no "Central Tennessee State University" or similar, but there is a Middle Tennessee State University. — Dale Arnett (talk) 05:32, 22 August 2017 (UTC)
