Eats compared to Paris edit

I disagree with the opening sentence. Chartres is a bourgeois town and prices are similar to what one would find in Paris (or anywhere else, come to that). Of the eating establishments close to the station, most are non-starters (kebabs, microwave-oven chinese and a couple of uninviting bars).
