Park, Extraregion or Rural Area?

edit

Hi MuzikMachine, I was wondering how this article fits into our hierarchy? I see it's labeled as a park, but it seems more like an extraregion because it spans Central Alberta and Alberta Rockies and includes a Towns & Villages section. If most of the attractions are in the Nordegg vicinity, would it make sense to treat it as a rural area article (usually a small city template) that focuses on the western part of Clearwater County? (it would also more clearly fit within Alberta Rockies then) -Shaundd (talk) 05:33, 8 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi Shaundd, I was going to use it as a rural area, mirroring Mountain View County. I'll update it to reflect more along the lines of a small city. Cheers! --MuzikMachine (talk) 16:36, 8 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
@MuzikMachine: I'm still not sure why Rocky Mountain House is being included in the Towns & Villages section. I get the official tourism page for David Thompson Country includes it, but the guide you've written is all about Nordegg and area (which I agree with). As a bonus, removing the marker for Rocky Mountain House would allow the dynamic map to focus on Nordegg and area right when it loads. -Shaundd (talk) 06:26, 12 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Shaundd: Rocky Mt House is considered part of it, but since it has its own page it I took it out. Cheers! --MuzikMachine (talk) 05:10, 13 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
Looks good, MuzikMachine! I think the way Rocky Mountain House is handled now makes more sense considering how we structure our pages. I really like that picture with the frozen bubbles. -Shaundd (talk) 06:43, 14 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
