Budget/mid-range/splurge

At King's IJscafe it's €7 for just one ice cream, so quite expensive, thats why I placed it at mid-range. But well, it's (absolutely seen) cheaper than some budget restaurants which offer €10 for a full meal. Should this be a budget or mid-range listing? Seems like the economic crisis made the situation worse for some companies. Some companies closed, such as the last budget hotel in Hilversum :(
